Only ECGs performed on a 25mm/sec, 10mm/mV scale (for both limb leads and precordial leads) can be analyzed.

ECGs performed with altered lead positions (such as reverse or posterior leads) cannot be analyzed.

ECGs that are distorted vertically or horizontally cannot be analyzed.

The ECG printout must include a grid.
